What should a new client know about working with you?

As a therapist, I enjoy bringing in curiosity and empowering tools into the therapy space. Depending on a client's unique needs and identities, I utilize both person-centered and structured therapy modalities. With children, I add in play therapy tools to facilitate creative expression and emotional growth.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My goal is to create a space where you feel heard and confident to express yourself, unlearn generational patterns that no longer serve you, and practice the skills you need to improve your emotional wellbeing. If you're interested in working together, I welcome you to book a call or session with me to help you determine if we're a good fit. Thank you!
