    I cannot recommend my therapist enough! She is an incredible listener who truly takes the time to understand me. What I appreciate most is that she doesn’t just tell me what I want to hear; she challenges me and calls me out when I’m wrong in a way that feels constructive and supportive. She creates such a comfortable and safe space for me to open up, and I only wish I had found her sooner. If I could, I’d see her twice a week because of the positive impact she’s had on my life in such a short time. Her approach has helped me grow in ways I didn’t think were possible.

    Anyone who is lucky enough to work with Kathiana will thank themselves in ten years! She is the best therapist I've ever had. From the moment I started working with her, she proved to be an incredible listener and provided a safe, gentle space for me to talk about things going on in my life. She helped me navigate issues that were quite hard for me to talk about with prompting questions and provided sound, supportive feedback. Her use of somatic tools helped me better understand myself and the world around me, and helped me emotionally regulate for the first time in 32 years on this earth. Issues that were plaguing me when I first met Kathiana are not even a blimp on my radar anymore. My day-to-day is more peaceful and I am finally in a place where I feel at home with myself - and Kathiana helped me get there. I am a completely different person than when I met Kathiana and I attribute much of the positive change in my life to her. Truly couldn’t recommend someone more!
