I am passionate about supporting my clients with: Personal growth, identity development, and healing from anxiety, depression, and trauma. Later-life transitions such as retirement, grief, and relocation. LGBTQAI2S+ concerns, affirmation, and advocacy. Professional development and career counseling: work life is vital to wellness, confidence, and healthy relationships. I offer compassionate, humanistic counseling with an emphasis on grief and trauma, which so often lie beneath our day-to-day concerns, frustrations, confusion, and worry. I am trained in EMDR, which helps clients resolve traumatic memories. I'm also a trained yoga teacher.
