I am a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) located in Southwestern Pennsylvania. I hold a master’s degree in professional counseling from Carlow University. My counseling approach is integrative with a focus on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) combined with acceptance and commitment (ACT) therapeutic methods and techniques. We work together to identify values underlying therapy goals and develop actions to achieve those goals. Life situations and our response consists of thoughts, emotions and behaviors which lead to an outcome.
