I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Oregon and Washington with over 25 years of clinical experience and training. I hold a Master's in Counseling Psychology from Holy Names University. I welcome clients of all backgrounds and offer a collaborative approach to working with others. I believe in the importance of gaining an understanding of one's emotional history and helping to align behaviors with values. I offer in-person office visits, virtual appointments, and Equine Assisted Psychotherapy sessions. I work with individual adults, families, and adolescents, using a variety of treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Family Systems Therapy, and Equine Assisted Psychotherapy. I love my work and find it an honor and a privilege to be present for my clients.
