Getting to know Kathleen McMurray

I am a licensed counselor. I have enjoyed being a counselor for many years after attending the University of Maryland, College Park (BS) and Loyola University Maryland for my Counseling Psychology master's degree and licensing. I often use Rogerian and Solution Focused Brief Therapy techniques when working with clients. I currently work with people who are dealing with stressful work conditions (nurses, teachers, correctional officers, police, software engineers, and my counselor/social work peers) or people experiencing major life adjustments. I have experience in working with people who are struggling with Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, and ADHD.
