Kathleen Moore, SW, LPC

Psychotherapist
MI
I believe that healing happens when people feel truly heard, understood, and safe enough to be themselves. As a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 15 years of experience, I work with adults, children, teens, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, relationship challenges, parenting concerns, grief, and life transitions. I have spent my life and career focused on partnering with clients to seek out solutions that increase their inner peace and self-worth. I have a special interest in helping adults heal from the lasting effects of difficult childhood experiences, including emotionally unavailable or addicted parents, family dysfunction, childhood trauma, and insecure attachment. I also have spent several years helping children and adolescents make sense of their world. Together we can explore how early relationships continue to influence self-worth, boundaries, relationships, and emotional wellbeing while building healthier patterns for the future. I believe our earliest relationships shape how we see ourselves, others, and the world, but they do not have to define the rest of our lives.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
