Hello, I'm Kathleen. I am committed to helping people realize their goals and believe that we all have the capacity to continue learning and growing for as long as we live, including making difficult personal changes. Working together, we can turn obstacles into opportunities and thrive amidst challenges. My passion for helping extends outside my office to teaching Developmental Psychology as an Adjunct Professor. I feel privileged and grateful to give back in this way. I value authenticity, warmth, humor, and encouragement, with a focus on strengths and gifts. I use many methods to help you achieve your goals, such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Positive Psychology. I delight in working with people who believe they can make their lives better, even amazing, if they are willing to do the work. The use of empathy, humor, metaphor, and evocative questioning are fundamental to my practice. We will be forward-moving to get things done.
