I have almost three decades of experience treating adults dealing with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, life transitional and relationship issues, utilizes techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, rational emotive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, positive psychology, Gottman, and gestalt methods for effective healing work with my clients. I earned my master's degree at ASU as a licensed clinical independent social worker.
