My practice focuses on the well-being of my clients. I provide mental health services for children through adults. My passion is to serve families in the community who are in need of mental health counseling. I am experienced in child play therapy, family therapy, marriage/couples counseling, adolescent, individual, and substance abuse counseling. I provide treatment for anxiety, depression, grief, and behavioral therapy. I am fluent in English and Spanish. I create a warm and welcoming environment that allows clients to open up at their own pace. I like to use cognitive behavioral therapy, empathic listening, and DBT for my adult and child/adolescent clients. I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University. I look forward to serving you in my practice.

I like to use cognitive behavioral therapy, emphatic listening and dialectical behavioral therapy for my adult clients. My child services include cognitive behavioral therapy and play therapy. I also provide family counseling and couples counseling.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
