Most relevant

The provider left the office and was not there when I arrived. I completed paperwork prior to my visit as much as I could. I arrived 20 minutes early and was told they had to reschedule my appointment. The whole point of arriving early was to complete paperwork, but obviously that was just an excuse made up because the provider left for the day . I had taken time out of my day to drive there.
