As a LICSW, I provide therapy to adults and couples navigating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief, life transitions, and stress management. I use an integrative approach that draws from cognitive-behavioral (CBT), solution-focused, and strengths-based techniques—tailoring each session to meet your unique needs and goals. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I believe in meeting you exactly where you are.
