What is your typical process for working with clients?

I offer a free 20 minute consultation appointment so we can meet each other and decide if we're a good fit (that's what you're booking as a new client on Zocdoc). If you've provided insurance ahead of this appointment, I'll also provide an estimate of costs in that appointment. From that appointment, I will take a full history of your concerns and background we will agree on what issues you'd like to work on. I believe client's are the best expert on themselves and tend to follow your lead on what you'd like to discuss and when you're ready to talk about it. The goal is to build a safe environment for you to work through your concerns, build insight into contributing factors and develop new ways to cope.
