What should a new client know about working with you?

1. How does therapy work? You choose the day/time for your therapy. Sessions last 60 minutes. Get the acceptance you deserve while learning techniques to manage anxiety, depression, negative automatic thoughts, and more. I am certified in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT) for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Experience the ultimate relief. Feel at peace with yourself. 2. Do you provide letters of referral for gender reassignment surgery (GRS/SRS), chest surgery, and hormone replacement therapy (HRT)? Yes. Surgeons usually require two letters. Enjoy a supportive atmosphere and get the chance to complete your autobiographical review and a sexual history. Usually takes 1-4 sessions. 3. How long is therapy? Individual sessions are 60 minutes. Therapy can last anywhere from one week to 52 weeks or beyond. You decide what is best for you. 4. What if I finish therapy, but then I have a new problem in the future? You are always welcome to come back and start therapy again. You deserve to feel secure. 5. Where is the office? The nice, cozy office is nestled in the mountains of Sussex County, in Highland Lakes. The office is open, and there is always plenty of parking. You are also welcome to use telehealth.
