I recognize that it can feel difficult to take the first step on your therapeutic journey. It is my honor to listen, support, and walk the path with you. I believe reaching out for help is the bravest thing that you can do. I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Drexel University, which has equipped me with a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques. My therapeutic style is compassionate, honest, and comforting. I consider myself a general talk therapist as well as an art therapist. I spend time getting to know you and exploring what therapeutic interventions are most appropriate for your care. Together, we will discover what techniques work best for your growth, emotional processing, and goals in session so you feel you are truly benefitting from therapy.
