I specialize in treating complex posttraumatic stress disorder, healing from childhood trauma, and supporting survivors of sexual trauma. I am also experienced in treating depression and anxiety. My therapeutic approach integrates psychodynamic therapy, relational work, phasic trauma treatment, and internal family systems (IFS), always with the goal of fostering understanding, self-compassion, and meaningful change.
