I have over ten years of experience in private practice. I graduated from Columbia University with a Master’s in Social Work, a program consistently rated among the top in the country. I am considered easy to talk to and nonjudgmental.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I have worked with people who have faced a myriad of challenges inclduing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress and PTSD. I believe in creating a safe and trusting relationship where people feel comfortable sharing their feelings and experiences.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I have trained in psychodynamic psychotherapy for over ten years, which can help people access unconscious conflicts that may leave them feeling stuck or overwhelmed. I am also trained in a technique called Traumatic Incident Reduction, designed to get at underlying conflicts that can keep people feeling anxious or depressed.
