ME
I am a compassionate professional with a strong background in social work and mental health, having specialized in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and cognitive therapies. With a Master’s in Social Work from Boston College and specialized DBT training through PESI and the Linehan Institute. I bring both clinical expertise and a warm, empathetic approach to all client interactions. Currently, I specialize in work with adolescents and young to middle aged adults. Specifically individuals seeking support with issues related to transition to adulthood, personal and professional relationships, family issues, anxiety and depression. I approach work clients from a casual, warm place. I believe in empowering people to make changes in order to find more success in their relationships, careers, and overall wellbeing. I often use elements of DBT and CBT to support clients in managing intense emotions, expressing themselves effectively, and creating healthy coping skills and daily habits. I look forward to opportunities to connect and engage in friendly welcoming conversation where I will encourage you to share a bit about yourself and I can get a sense of what is working for you and what areas you feel need to shift. My goal is to empower people to find what is best for them, we're all different!
