Kate Roeding received her master's degree in mental health counseling from Xavier University and her bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Louisville. She has more than 19 years of counseling experience in private practice settings. She also has completed training in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) and is informed in Internal Family Systems (IFS). Kate provides individual therapy for adults ages 18 to 70. Her areas of specialty include depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), chronic pain, adjustment difficulties and stress management. She utilizes approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, EMDR, Pain Processing therapy and reality therapy.
