Kathryn is an EMDR therapist with advanced training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). She is a member of Postpartum Support International and is certified in treating perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. Her specialty is working with adults, families, and couples who have experienced trauma, loss, and mental health symptoms related to pregnancy and postpartum.
