I use a collaborative, solution-focused and integrative approach in working with my clients. I believe in the power within each of us, and take a systemic approach with each client. I draw from various practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, integrative family systems, and mindfulness techniques to tailor an approach that helps empower each of my clients to discover and achieve their own unique goals.

I create a collaborative therapeutic environment based on trust and mutual respect where my clients feel a safe and accepting space. I believe in moving together with the client to achieve their goals.
