Kathy Fisher, LMFT

Kathy Fisher, LMFT

Psychotherapist
CA
Therapy is an opportunity to explore what terrifies us the most and what keeps us from living our best lives. I am a Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of San Francisco and over 16 years of experience in Community Mental Health, Tribal Mental Health, Military Behavioral Health, Alcohol and Other Drug Programs, and Behavioral Health Case Management. My experience includes working with children, teenagers, adults, couples, families, and parenting skill building. I use various treatment modalities depending on individual needs, with a primary focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. My goal as your clinician is to help you discover what holds you back, support you as you process these issues, help you find tools that work for you to cope, and allow you to be your best self through this process.
