My work focuses on anxiety, depression, bipolar, trauma, grief, addiction, and domestic violence. I lean on CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and trauma-focused approaches to help you understand what's happening beneath the surface and build skills that make life more manageable and less chaotic.

In our sessions, expect clarity, honesty, a few laughs, and a collaborative pace that respects your reality. I create space for genuine reflection, practical strategies, and conversations that don't feel clinical or forced.
