I won't pretend to have all the answers, but I will help you figure out why your mind keeps offering the worst ones. Therapy with me is a place where you don't have to minimize what you're feeling or justify why something is hard. You get to show up as you are - confused, overwhelmed, or simply tired of carrying everything on your own.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My work focuses on anxiety, depression, bipolar, trauma, grief, addiction, and domestic violence. I lean on CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and trauma-focused approaches to help you understand what's happening beneath the surface and build skills that make life more manageable and less chaotic.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our sessions, expect clarity, honesty, a few laughs, and a collaborative pace that respects your reality. I create space for genuine reflection, practical strategies, and conversations that don't feel clinical or forced.
