What should a new client know about working with you?

I want you to get better and not need a therapist any longer. To accomplish that, I aim to provide clients with a balanced focus between sorting through daily stressors as well as those rooted in the past. I incorporate equal parts of: *Learning strategies to manage and minimize distressing symptoms *Identifying where those symptoms originate and shifting those historical aspects *Creating and pursuing intentional value-driven goals I am a psychologist based in action, and I give homework designed to maximize someone’s time outside of session to more fully and effectively integrate the insights and changes made in sessions into real life.

I am a participating non-network provider with TRICARE-West. If you have a different insurance, you can use your out of network benefits. I charge $150/50-min session for individual psychotherapy and life coaching for sport performance. I charge $30/PEMFT treatment. As a form of thanks and gratitude for defending our nation, veterans receive a 10 percent discount on any services for the duration of treatment.
