Dr. Kathy L. Miller, LCSW
Dr. Kathy L. Miller is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Kentucky who has been practicing since 1993. She earned her B.A. in Counseling and Rehabilitation, a Master's in Social Work from the University of Kentucky, and a Doctorate in Counseling Education.
Life can be both joyful and difficult. Both things can be true. Congratulations on taking the first step in finding a qualified therapist. Dr. Miller offers a safe, non-judgmental space to explore the many thoughts and feelings that brought you here. With more than 30 years of experience, she helps clients explore, develop, and implement ways to live a fun, joy-filled life. Dr. Miller specializes in trauma work, women's and men's specific issues, couples therapy, and adolescents. She has extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. For decades, she has held management roles in large hospitals, working in psychiatry departments and serving as a Director of Clinical Services. Her love of working with clients and providing psychotherapy has always led her back to private practice settings. She looks forward to meeting with you.
Dr. Miller is a lover of all animals, nature-especially hiking-and spending time with family and friends, which to her are one and the same.
