I am a licensed clinical therapist who works with adults carrying trauma, grief, and the heavy, silent weight of emotional pain. As an emotion-focused, trauma-informed therapist with over 5 years of experience, I help clients identify and process suppressed emotions often rooted in unresolved trauma. I believe healing begins when we create space for the feelings we've had to bury, and that therapy, though challenging, can be a safe space to reconnect with ourselves. With a focus on authenticity and understanding, I guide people in making sense of what they've been through, explore their emotional truth, and find a clear path forward. My goal isn’t to 'fix' you — it’s to support you in understanding your own story, at your own pace. If you choose to have me in your corner, therapy with me will be honest, grounded, and collaborative. I meet you where you are, without judgment, and walk alongside you. Whether you're navigating trauma, loss, or life transitions, you're not alone — and you don’t have to carry it all by yourself anymore. My passion for people — along with the humbling experience of doing my own work in therapy — inspired a deep commitment to this profession. I strive to bring a warm and very human approach to a space that many people understandably find intimidating. Therapy doesn’t have to be cold or scary; it can be a space for honesty, connection, and even moments of relief or laughter amidst the hard work. I believe in showing up as my transparent self to create a space where you feel empowered to do the same. I look forward to supporting and fostering your healing journey together. In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, snowboarding, puzzles, backpacking, and anything that brings me more life.
