Psychotherapist
FL
Hi there, I'm Kathy. Do you feel anxious, emotionally tired, or depressed? Do you feel like your life has no direction? Do you miss the "old you," or perhaps you feel you've never found happiness? Are you struggling with an addiction? I help people like you manage depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and other mental health conditions. Together, we can identify what's not working and get you back to balance. We'll use a whole-self approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body, and spirit. I also integrate mindfulness to help you find the peace of mind you've been looking for. I hold a Master's in Counseling from Webster University, which has equipped me with the skills to support you effectively on your journey. No matter what you're struggling with, I'm here to help. There is a huge stigma about seeking help for mental health, but you're making the right choice. You deserve someone in your corner who can help you heal and grow. In our sessions, we'll set small, attainable goals and work toward them as we create your treatment plan together. I look forward to meeting with you!

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
