I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arkansas and have been a therapist since 2009. I earned my Master's in Counseling from Harding University. I specialize in trauma, grief, domestic violence issues, personality disorders, and couples' issues. I also work extensively with cancer patients. My approach I typically utilize cognitive behavioral approaches, systems therapy, dialectical therapy, and some EMDR techniques. My focus I work with older adolescents, adults, families, and couples. I also specialize in domestic violence and equipping victims to prepare for court. My communication style I create a safe and warm environment where my clients feel seen, heard, and esteemed. It is the perfect environment to gain support and reach treatment goals. My journey to mental healthcare I have always wanted to be a therapist and assist clients in moving past their pain, helping them reach their goals and free themselves from generational trauma.
