I am Katia Meredith, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with 9 years of clinical experience in outpatient, community mental health, inpatient, and crisis counseling settings. My passion is supporting clients in overcoming depression, trauma, grief, and other stressful life events to achieve their individual goals. My approach I use a client-centered approach to empower clients with confidence. I believe clients should feel validated, supported, heard, and understood in therapy. My focus I am passionate about working with adults struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, or those needing support with any life issue.
