The majority of my social work career has been spent in crisis. When an individual or family invites me into their challenges and allows me to support them during difficult transitions, I feel profoundly honored. I always ensure to respect the family's values, worth, and individual needs while working collaboratively to deeply understand and validate the unique challenges they face. Working with, and witnessing the impact of crisis and stress on families has led me to create a space just for them and their unique needs. I have experience with adolescents, adults, and geriatrics and can provide post-discharge inpatient or partial hospitalization support through solution-focused therapy. I hold a Master's in Social Work from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Master's in Public Health from UNT Health Science Center, which enrich my approach to holistic care and community health.

If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
