My areas of expertise include intimate and romantic relationships, stress, trauma, anxiety, depression, family relationships, anger management, ADHD, children's and adolescent mental/behavioral health, life transitions, medical and physical health issues, multicultural and diversity issues, perinatal support, and PTSD.
