What should a new client know about working with you?

I utilize a variety of modalities and approaches to meet your needs, including: EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I work best with clients that like a direct, solution focused approach to therapy. Humor is very important to me personally and in my practice.
