I hold both Bachelor and MA degrees in Psychology as a Licensed Professional Counselor, and have over 15 years of experience helping young adults and children struggling with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, life-transition challenges, and self-confidence. I'm Thrilled to be a part of LAMCO Wellness where, my therapeutic goal is to create a supportive, non-judgmental, and safe space, assisting my clients in realizing their potential for positive change, helping them find more effective ways to cope, and maneuver through life to meet their therapeutic goals.
