We all haver a story. It is a mixture of whole are at out core and encompasses our strengths, values, hopes, dreams, fears, failures, and successes. Oftentimes there are parts of our story that we would like to omit because we view those parts through lens of guilt, shame, or regret. At Hope's Clarity, we would be honored to partner with you your journey to make peace with those parts of your story that you could like to distance yourself from. The parts of our story that we often want to omit almost certainly identify our greatest strengths and strongest sources of hope.These are the defining moments of our life that have altered us, maybe shaken our faith, and fractured our resolve. These defining moments do not have to be viewed through the lens of guilt and shame's those instances have molded us into the person we are today. Clarity has often been defined as transparency or purity. At Hope's Clarity, we hope to help you find the liberation to live a daily life of transparency through authenticity to honor your personal story. Yes, even the parts we want to omit.

As a therapist, I am pretty laid back and very approachable. I build rapport very quickly. I come from a non judgmental stance as I have found we can always learn from others. I allow the client to tell me where they would like their journey to go and offer them options as to how to get to their final destination.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
The typical process at Hope's Clarity is getting a brief history and an idea of where the client would like to end up. Therapist lays some ground work for coping strategies to help client get through emotional ups and downs before we ever begin looking at some of the difficult things.
