What should a new client know about working with you?

Having a background in cognitive behavioral therapy, I will also provide you with tools to identify and chip away at destructive habits and thoughts. As you chip away, you will begin developing new, supportive habits and thoughts, allowing you to experience lasting, positive effects.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I like sessions to feel comfortable and like a conversation. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as the primary framework, taking a look at the interconnections of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. We'll spend time recognizing how your thoughts impact your entire life. Working together, we will reestablish your ability to think in a way that serves you rather than gets in the way.
