Life can feel overwhelming, and you deserve a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and find clarity. You might feel out of sync or exhausted by a world that doesn’t always see you for who you are; whether you identify as neurodivergent, LGBTQ+, or simply as someone with a creative, unconventional spirit. I work with imaginative, emotionally curious individuals who want to heal from anxiety, burnout, or self-doubt and build a life that feels authentic and meaningful. Through a blend of creative techniques and practical tools, I’ll support you in finding balance, confidence, and your own path toward growth. My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in curiosity. I believe each person’s story is unique, so I adapt my methods to fit your needs, whether that means exploring patterns from the past, finding new ways to cope with stress, or using creative and experiential tools to help you connect with your strengths. I see therapy as a space where we can gently untangle what feels heavy or stuck, while also building practical skills that help you feel more balanced in your day-to-day life. Together, we’ll create a plan that feels approachable and sustainable, so you can move toward healing and the life you want.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I work with people who feel deeply and think creatively—those who often feel out of sync or misunderstood. Many of my clients identify as geeky, neurodivergent, LGBTQ+, or simply have a unique way of seeing the world. Together, we’ll explore what’s weighing you down, build tools to ease anxiety or burnout, and create a life that feels authentic and meaningful. My communication style is collaborative, compassionate, and down-to-earth. I create a space where you can feel heard and understood, using curiosity, humor, and warmth to make difficult conversations feel safer and more approachable. I adapt my tone to what you need at the moment whether that’s gentle encouragement, thoughtful reflection, or straightforward guidance to help you feel supported and empowered in your healing process.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My journey to becoming a provider stems from a deep curiosity about people and firsthand experience witnessing my family’s struggles with mental health. I saw how ignorance and stigma around mental health led to unnecessary suffering, isolation, and missed opportunities for healing. Some of the most influential experiences in my journey have been witnessing the resilience of those facing mental health challenges and seeing firsthand how compassionate support can transform lives. I'm motivated knowing that even small steps toward understanding and healing can have a profound impact, and being able to walk alongside clients as they discover their strengths and move toward growth. I work collaboratively with clients to set meaningful, realistic goals that reflect their values and needs. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back, build practical skills, and create small, sustainable steps toward change. Throughout therapy, I check in regularly to ensure our work is helping you feel more grounded, confident, and aligned with the life you want. The first session is where we begin to get to know each other. We'll talk about what's bringing you in, your history, and goals. We'll begin shaping a plan that fits you. It's also a chance to build safety, curiosity, and a sense of direction, all at your pace.
