What should a new client know about working with you?

Are you feeling stuck, anxious, or emotionally drained as you try to manage everything on your own? I work with individuals who are navigating stress, trauma, and major life changes. Whether you're looking to heal old wounds, build emotional resilience, or reconnect with a sense of purpose, I offer a supportive and collaborative space to help you move forward. Together, we’ll focus on creating meaningful change in a way that feels grounded, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. I offer a calm, grounded presence and prioritize creating a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported. I value honest, open communication and approach our work together with empathy, curiosity, and care. I listen actively and reflect with you as a collaborative partner—never pushing, but always supporting your pace. When we’re exploring something difficult, you can expect patience, steadiness, and a commitment to making the process feel as safe and respectful as possible.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My path to becoming a therapist grew from lived experience and a deep belief in people’s capacity to heal, even when life feels overwhelming or broken. I’ve always been drawn to the quiet strength people carry, especially in the aftermath of pain or trauma. During my graduate training, I worked closely with individuals who had experienced significant loss, abuse, and adversity—and witnessing their resilience changed me. It affirmed my commitment to providing a space where others can feel safe, supported, and genuinely understood. What keeps me grounded in this work is watching people begin to reconnect with their inner strength, reclaim their voice, and find hope again. That transformation—no matter how small—makes this work profoundly meaningful to me. I see therapy as a collaborative process where your voice, values, and goals lead the way. We'll work together to identify what truly matters to you—whether that's healing from past experiences, strengthening relationships, building self-trust, or simply finding more ease in your day-to-day life. As you grow and gain insight, your goals may naturally shift, and we'll adjust our path to stay aligned with what feels most meaningful to you. I'm here to support you through the hard moments and the breakthroughs, offering tools and guidance to help you move forward with clarity and compassion.
