My focus I typically work with adults and specialize in trauma. I have years of experience with grief and loss, depression and anxiety, neurodivergence, and the queer community. My communication style I am strength-based in my practice and place emphasis on posttraumatic growth and human flourishing. My approach is supportive in nature, and I believe that education is an important part of therapy. My journey to mental healthcare I have always been fascinated with human behavior and cognitive functioning. I have wanted to be a therapist for as far back as I can remember. The most rewarding aspect of this job is helping clients become their authentic selves and flourish. My goals for you I practice mutual collaboration in setting and reaching goals, as I believe that client and clinician work as a team for the best outcomes.
