What should a new client know about working with you?

We work with adults managing serious mental health conditions, including bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and severe depression. Our program at Amae Health is a structured outpatient treatment program that meets 3 to 5 days per week during daytime hours, designed for people who need more support than traditional weekly therapy can provide. After you schedule through ZocDoc, a member of our enrollment team will give you a call to complete a brief prescreening, verify your insurance, and confirm your appointment. This helps us make sure we're the right fit and that you're set up for success from day one.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We start with an enrollment call to understand your needs and confirm coverage, followed by a comprehensive intake assessment. From there, our clinical team at Amae Health builds a personalized treatment plan that may include therapy, psychiatric care, and additional support, all coordinated under one roof at our Raleigh clinic.
