Sessions may include: Identifying patterns in thoughts, behaviors, and emotions Developing coping strategies and problem-solving skills Processing past experiences, including trauma when appropriate Building healthier relationships and communication skills Setting and working toward achievable personal goals I use a combination of evidence-based approaches such as CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care, depending on what works best for you.
