I work with individuals facing anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, stress, and concerns related to military or veteran experiences. I believe therapy is most effective when it is collaborative and tailored, rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach. My treatment style is person-centered and grounded in empathy, respect, and partnership. I integrate evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Family Systems Therapy. Through a supportive and strengths-based environment, I help clients build insight, develop effective coping strategies, and move toward meaningful and lasting change.
