Katrina Stokes is the Crisis Response Coordinator of the Henry Ford ENHANCE Employee Assistance Program (EAP). She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and an Internationally Certified Advanced Addictions Counselor. Katrina has been providing Employee Assistance Program services and behavioral health services to adults, adolescents, and children for more than fifteen years. Her experience spans both the private and public sectors and includes work with the Juvenile Justice System, nonprofit agencies, United Autoworkers International, The Big Three, and the United States Military. Katrina has also served as an Adjunct Professor in the Human Services Department at a local college. She earned her Master's in School Counseling and Guidance Services from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry. Katrina focuses on helping clients understand and accept their social concerns while empowering them with the tools to cope with life's challenges. Her vast training and expertise in clinical supervision and counseling have afforded her the ability to be professional, supportive, and diagnostic in her consultation. Her philosophy is to aid with the psychological needs of each individual client. Her approach to Person-Centered Therapy is cognizant of the fact that all square pegs do not fit into square holes.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
