I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor offering Christ-centered counseling rooted in biblical truth. I help clients navigate life’s challenges with practical tools, prayer, and a compassionate, values-focused approach. NOTE: At this time, I am only taking short-term clients until OCTOBER. After October, I will be taking a break from my practice.

I provide a warm, compassionate space where clients lead the conversation and I listen attentively. I specialize in supporting individuals through life transitions and adjustments, tailoring guidance to each person’s unique journey. While I use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Narrative Therapy, my counseling is Christ-centered, helping clients integrate faith into their path toward lasting hope, healing, and well-being.
My focus
I typically work with clients navigating life transitions, such as career changes, moves, or shifts in relationships. I also enjoy supporting those experiencing conflict at work, with peers, or in friendships. My approach is client-led and Christ-centered, providing a safe, listening space where clients can process challenges and gain clarity, hope, and practical tools for growth. Again, I am focusing on clients who have SHORT-TERM goals and are comfortable working together with an end date of October.

My sessions often feel like a safe space where clients can openly share their thoughts and feelings without fear of criticism or misunderstanding.
