Getting to know Katrina Henson

My goal is to create a safe place for you to talk about your life and your trauma and we can work together to heal you and pause the generational trauma. I work with families, young adults, teens and couples to create environments where children are treated with respect and love and can thrive.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I am pretty laid back. I enjoy poetry, art, music and Stranger Things. I and fairly practical in my approach to therapy and do a fair combination of psychoeducation, trauma work and meditation.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We review how the week went, go over homework, do some education and the practice some new skills.
