Hi, I’m Katrina, a Pennsylvania native who now calls Florida home with my husband. I’m a proud Penn State alumna (WE ARE!) with a Master’s in Social Work from Millersville University. My experience in hospital case management, behavioral health, and home hospice has shaped my compassionate, person-centered approach to supporting others through life’s difficult moments. I’m especially passionate about Health at Every Size (HAES), supporting individuals navigating disordered eating, and helping clients work through grief, anxiety, and major life transitions. I strive to create a warm, judgment-free space where you feel heard, understood, and supported.
