Getting to know Kayden Sullivan

I’m a kind and empathic therapist who is passionate about supporting children, adolescents, young adults, and families from culturally diverse backgrounds. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, parenting challenges, stress and anger management issues, family conflicts, and self-esteem concerns.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I strive to create a comfortable, nonjudgmental space where a trusting therapeutic relationship can grow. I believe in empowering my clients by focusing on their strengths and helping them navigate their current challenges with confidence and clarity. Everyone deserves to feel heard, understood, and supported—and I work to ensure my clients feel that way in our sessions.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When you are ready to get started, schedule an initial assessment visit (intake) through Zocdoc. After you book an appointment, a care coordinator will reach out to review your method of payment and/or insurance number and answer any initial questions you may have before our first visit.
