Psychotherapist
KY
Feeling stuck, stressed, or overwhelmed? You’re not alone, and I’m here to help. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with over six years of experience, and a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Louisville, I specialize in working with young adults and teens to tackle life’s challenges head-on. Together, we’ll create a space where you can feel heard, supported, and understood—free from judgment. I use proven approaches like EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and CT-R, along with other tools that fit your unique needs. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, past experiences that feel hard to shake, trouble with relationships, or figuring out who you are and want to be, I’m here to guide you at your own pace. My focus is always on helping you feel empowered to take control of your story. You don’t have to face this alone. Therapy can be a place to work through tough emotions, build confidence, and discover new ways to handle whatever life throws your way. Together, we’ll work on building the tools you need not just to get by—but to thrive. Your voice matters, and I’m here to make sure it’s heard.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
