Psychotherapist

Many of the clients I work with are the “strong one.” They’re capable, dependable, and often the person others turn to—but internally they may feel overwhelmed, anxious, scattered, or unseen. Some are navigating ADHD or executive functioning challenges. Others are managing burnout, perfectionism, relationship stress, or the mental load that comes with being a woman who carries a lot. On the outside, things may look fine. On the inside, it can feel exhausting. In therapy, we work on both insight and structure. That may mean learning how your brain works—especially if ADHD, overthinking, or difficulty with follow-through plays a role. It may also include strengthening decision-making, improving follow-through, building systems that reduce mental overload, and developing emotional regulation skills that make daily life feel more manageable. Our work is collaborative, practical, and reflective. My goal is for you to leave sessions not only feeling understood, but with practical tools and clarity you can apply immediately. I have a special interest in supporting women who are balancing multiple roles, professional, parent, partner, caregiver, and who are ready to prioritize their own mental and emotional health without guilt. Together, we focus on building sustainable coping tools, strengthening confidence, and creating rhythms that feel aligned rather than reactive. For clients who desire it, I also offer faith-integrated counseling. If spirituality is important to you, we can thoughtfully incorporate it into our work in a way that supports your growth and honors your values. My goal is to provide a steady, supportive space where you feel seen, challenged in healthy ways, and empowered to build a life that feels calmer, clearer, and more grounded.
