With over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, I work with children (6+), teens, adults, and families navigating anxiety, panic, OCD, body-focused behaviors (like hair pulling and skin picking), eating disorders, ARFID, depression, and major life transitions. I also offer parent coaching, family therapy, and couples counseling. My approach is warm, collaborative, and goal-oriented. Together, we’ll explore challenges, set meaningful goals, and build practical tools for lasting change. I draw from evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Habit Reversal Training, Behavioral Activation, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Whether you’re managing overwhelming thoughts, adjusting to a life transition, or seeking to strengthen relationships, I’m here to help you build resilience and move forward with confidence.
