I offer same day in-person and virtual appointments, please reach out to book. When emotions feel overwhelming, we sometimes act in ways that don't reflect our values. My goal is to support you as you work to engage in life more authentically using effective nervous system regulation and increasing skillfulness. I believe that people are always doing the best that they can with the resources that they have, and they also want and need to deal with the hardships of life more effectively - that's where I step in to accept, educate, and guide you. Some of my areas of specialization include Addiction, Anxiety, BPD, Depression, Identity Exploration, Trauma Processing, & Relationships and Communication.

What should a new client know about working with you?

It can take tremendous courage to start a therapeutic journey, and I hope that I can join you! The fact that you’ve made it this far means that you are resilient. I'll provide you with an empathic and safe space, authentic connection, loving challenge, encouragement, and new skills for navigating life to build upon the resilience you already possess.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach is empowerment-based and influenced by Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems Therapy - a holistic experience that is tailored to your unique needs and personality. I offer individual and family therapy to adolescents, adults, athletes, first responders, and healthcare professionals.
